LTD.,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through compliance with this Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”). This Privacy Notice describes the types of information we may collect from you when you visit the website or use the services offered there (the “Platform”), and that you may provide in electronic messages to DIGIFOX LIFESTYLE PTE. LTD. It also describes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This Privacy Notice is subject to and governed by the DIGIFOX LIFESTYLE PTE. LTD. Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) available on the Platform. The services are part of the Platform and are described further in the Terms of Service.

2. The Types of Information We Collect and How We Collect It

We may collect two types of information from you when you visit the Platform: Personal Information and Non-Personal Information (collectively “Information”).

“Personal Information” refers to data by which you may be personally identified, such as name, email address, employer, job title and department, telephone number, and other information listed in Section 12. “Non-Personal Information” means data that is about you, but does not identify you specifically. If you do nothing during your visit to our Platform but browse, read pages, or view content, we will gather and store information about your visit that does not identify you personally.

We collect Information:

Directly from you when you provide it to us. Through our communications with you. From third parties. Automatically as you navigate through the Platform. Automatically, on an aggregate level, when you utilize our services. Through analytics.

Information You Provide Directly. This may include:

Information you provide by filling in forms on our Platform. Information you provide when you report a problem; we may ask for additional information to resolve it. Details of transactions you carry out through the Platform.

Information Automatically Collected. This may include:

Your general location; The Internet Protocol (IP) address and domain name used; Browser type and operating system; Date and time of visit; Web pages or services accessed; The website you visited prior to coming to the Platform; Cookies and similar technologies (small text files placed on your device). You can remove or reject cookies in your browser/device settings; some features may not function if you do.

Google Analytics Advertising Features. We may enable Demographics and Interest Reporting, Remarketing, GDN Impression Reporting, and DoubleClick Campaign Manager. These features collect data using Google advertising cookies and anonymous identifiers to assess campaign performance, inform future campaigns, and improve usability. 3. How We Use Your Information and Our Purposes

We use the information we collect about you or that you provide to us—including Personal Information—for purposes such as:

Presenting our Platform and Platform Content to you. Providing the products or services you request (e.g., responding to your inquiries). Providing customer support. Performing and enforcing contracts, including billing and collections. Analyzing how our products and services are used. Notifying you about changes to our Platform, products, or services. Retention. We may retain data longer in case of a complaint or reasonably anticipated litigation. In some cases, we may anonymize Personal Information for research or statistical purposes and use it indefinitely without further notice.

We implement measures designed to protect your information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, transmission and storage over the internet can’t be guaranteed as completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

We do not sell your Personal Information.

6. Updating and Correcting Information

You can access and edit Personal Information in your account at any time. Please update your information promptly if it changes. Some information (e.g., past transactions, support logs, backups) may not be fully deleted due to operational or legal requirements.

7. Third Parties Providing Services on Our Behalf

We engage third parties to host the Platform, design/operate features, perform administrative tasks, analytics, and payment processing. We may disclose your information to these providers so they can perform services for us, subject to contractual confidentiality obligations.

8. Information From Children

We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected Personal Information from a child under 16, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it as soon as possible. If you are under 16, do not provide any information about yourself on the Platform.

9. Links to Other Websites and Services

We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites or services linked to or from the Platform, including their content. This Privacy Notice does not apply to third-party sites or services.

10. Do Not Track

Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature. The Platform does not currently respond to DNT signals.

11. Residents of the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom (UK)

California residents may have the following rights, subject to exceptions:

Opt out of the sale or, in some cases, sharing of Personal Information (we do not sell Personal Information). Correct Personal Information. Restrict processing of sensitive Personal Information (e.g., SSNs, passport numbers, financial data, race/ethnicity).

Personal Information Collected may include:

Identifiers (name, alias, postal address, IP address, email, account name). Customer records (name, signature, address, phone, payment details). Protected classifications (as defined by law). Commercial information (products/services purchased or considered). Internet/network activity (interactions with websites/apps/ads). Geolocation data (general). Inferences drawn to create profiles of preferences.

Only you or your authorized agent may submit a verifiable request (you may also submit on behalf of your minor child). We will respond within 45 days where feasible (with notice of any extension) and explain any denial. You may submit access/portability requests up to twice in a 12-month period.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising CCPA rights.

Shine the Light. California Civil Code §1798.83 permits users who are California residents to request information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make a request, contact [email protected].
